This huge home has 10 bedroom, 7 baths, with 3 separate living areas so you can spread out, 2 full kitchens BBQ right off the pool house, pool, hot tub, tennis court, basket ball court! Backyard & Patio:
Outdoor spaces are a highlight of this estate! Resort-style backyard features a lush lawn, colorful garden and grove of lemon trees, spacious patios, covered terrace areas. Amenities include: a large swimming pool with fountain and waterfall features, a full-sized hot tub, poolside chaises, Boccie Ball court, 2 wood-burning firepits as well as an elegant gas fireplace (all encircled by comfortable seating), a full tennis court with night-lighting, full basketball court, ring toss, corn hole, not to mention the full outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ area has a full-size subzero fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and grill, so you can cook and dine close to where all the fun is! Soak up the sun in this luxurious backyard.
• In the drawers in the BBQ area, there are pool towels, floaties and other pool toys.
- Due to the high cost of heating the pool, there is a fee of $100/day for pool and spa or $30/day for spa only.
• Although the pool is not fenced separately, we do have child safety removable fence available upon request to rent to help the adults relax and keep the kiddos safe! Just let us know and will we will install fencing prior to your visit.
Main House Kitchen:
The main house features a gourmet kitchen, with Viking appliances and large dining table which seats 14+ people. The kitchen has all the appliances that you will need to cook up a feast for your family and friends, including a HUGE gas cooktop. There is also a giant kitchen pantry in the main house to store all your food and snacks.
• It’s worth noting that there are three full kitchens at Desert Pearl Estate; two indoor kitchens and one outdoor kitchen that includes a BBQ grill. This estate has five dishwashers in total. Each indoor kitchen has a toaster, tea kettle and a coffee maker.
The family room is the hub of the main house, with a beautiful lighted marble bar, pool table, huge TV, fireplace, and comfortable sofas. It’s a great place to gather and socialize or watch movies! The flooring in this area of the home is a stunning modern pattern design mixing natural wood and white marble.
This lavish estate boasts three “Master Bedrooms” with ensuite bathrooms and generous walk-in closets. Master Bedroom #1 offers gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain and easy access to the backyard as well as a jacuzzi tub and two separate toilet rooms. Master Bedroom #2 & 3 offers separate private ensuite bathrooms.
• Please note all of the bedrooms can be customized with King Size beds or XL Twin beds.
Family Bedroom Suite:
For larger families, we have the Family Bedroom Suite which provides attached rooms with 2 bunk beds and 2 XL Twin beds, (which can be joined into a king size bed) This family suite also has an attached bathroom with access from the hall as well.
As you continue down the stairs to the lower level of the property, you will find the guest house. This is perfect area for group leaders, or others that want to be a little more removed. It is private and spacious, with 2 bedrooms (a full bed in one bedroom and 2 XL Twin beds in the other) as well as a living area, and a full bathroom. The guest house has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, electric range, and a dining table that can seat 4 people
The pool house is a small, detached guest house with one spacious bedroom, and ensuite full bathroom. This bedroom can be customized with one King bed or with three XL Twin beds. It has multiple doors that offer easy access to the pool area, backyard and the outdoor BBQ/kitchen. The pool house has beautiful colored windows that make this area one of the most popular!

Enjoy a smorgasbord of board games and puzzles. Fun beanbags and a comfy couch for people of all ages to enjoy each other’s company. There is a card table and a game table that can transform into a foosball table, pool, chess and checkers, table hockey, table tennis, etc. There's a dual electronic basketball game where you can practice your shots before you hit the full-size basketball court outside!
• All the basketballs and tennis rackets are hung on the walls in the game room for your convenience.
Laundry Room: There is a spacious laundry room located near bedroom #5 with Extra Large capacity washer and dryer, an Ironing board and iron, laundry sink, and lots of counter space. There’s even a desk for a quiet spot to work!
Guests will have access to the entire estate including Main House, Pool House and Guest House. (There is an additional large bunkhouse available for an extra charge). When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected. The nightly booking fee includes up to 8 guests. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. There is a $30 fee per each additional guest (after 8 guests), no matter what the age of the guest, per night. Please be aware that NO GUESTS who are not registered are allowed on property at any time.

You will absolutely love the neighborhood. As you will be surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes, and the area is extremely safe. All homes are on 1 acre plus lots, so you won't be looking directly into any one’s home. Take a walk, jog or just a drive around you will be extremely impressed.
Need groceries or a quick bite: No worries, as they are just minutes away.
We are located just down the street from a Starbucks, for the coffee lovers! For the movie lovers, there is an AMC theater 3.6 miles away from the property.
Not only does this beautiful home have all the amenities you could desire, but it is also centrally located near all the major events, best restaurants, shopping, and golf courses in Paradise Valley. We are minutes away from the Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden as well.
For outdoor activities, enjoy hiking the mountain trails, biking the numerous paths, taking desert Jeep tours, going on hot air balloon rides where you will have access to multiple parks and trails including Biltmore Fashion Park (3.6 miles), Granada Park (3 miles), Camelback Mountain trails (5 miles) and Piestewa Peak Park Trails (2.8 miles). It is also located close to some of the best shopping and dining in Arizona at the Fashion Square mall (6 miles) and Old Town Scottsdale (7.7 miles). Catching professional sports games is easy when the Chase Field Stadium is 11.7 miles away and the Scottsdale Stadium is 7.6 miles away, and you can watch your favorite team including the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Arizona Cardinals.
The golfers of the group will be ecstatic to find so many golf courses within minutes of the property, including Camelback Golf Club (5.2 miles), Arizona Golf Club (3.9 miles), Paradise Valley Golf Club (1.9 miles), McCormick Golf Club (5.9 miles), and Scottsdale Golf Club (5.4 miles). We are close to the Indian School Tennis Club which is 7.5 miles away.
Additionally, this home is just 11.6 miles from the airport, making it easy to get to upon arrival, and leave upon departure.
Booking party: Agrees that they will be staying at the home, and verify that they are over 30 years old.
This is a home for respectful, sophisticated, responsible gatherings. This is not a “party house”. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance in place. Violation of party rules and/or noise ordinance will result in termination of the agreement and NO refunds.
Once you have booked the property you are required to forward a clear picture of your Driver’s License or some form of Government ID so we can verify your age, picture and identity. A copy of the credit/debit card that was used to book must also be uploaded within 72 hours after booking. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Before arrival at the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit). A hold will be placed on the credit card for $1500 as a deposit against damages. IF THERE IS A VIOLATION OF THE NOISE ORDINANCE, A $1500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND.
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

*Please do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured. The rental will not be held liable for the loss of guest property. Lost and found items shall be surrendered to the appropriate authorities by the management if can’t be returned to the guests.
To assure the safety of our guests and property, we have monitoring devices that do not invade guests’ privacy and video cameras located on the exterior of house and in backyard.
*This property complies with the city of Paradise Valley rules, regulations, and occupancy ordinance regarding short-term vacation rentals. In order to be compliant with Paradise Valley's occupancy ordinance we require that all people occupying the property must be disclosed and authorized within three days of booking acceptance.
To ensure quality of the beautiful landscape and pool, landscapers and our pool guy may appear on the property to keep maintenance during your stay.
